Ubisoft Toronto is the creative force behind franchises like Far Cry and Splinter Cell. As an in-house graphic designer, I contributed to a wide range of initiatives across the studio, from event branding to campaign collateral. My role was to support both internal culture and external communications while ensuring every piece upheld Ubisoft’s high standards.

Designing within a large corporate environment required navigating multiple stakeholders, brand layers, and approval workflows. Projects needed to balance creative expression with strict brand governance and quick turnarounds.

By building trust with stakeholders and guiding a junior designer, I became a reliable design partner who could balance creativity with the discipline required to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

This included designing posters, swag, presentation decks, and digital content that energized studio culture, while also producing assets for recruitment and partnerships. I collaborated across departments to align on goals, mentored a junior designer to ensure consistency, and refined outputs through stakeholder reviews.
