Remote is a global HR platform that helps companies hire, manage, and pay international teams. As an in-house brand designer, I worked across marketing and brand initiatives to ensure consistency and impact during a period of rapid growth. My role went beyond execution: I partnered with marketing, product, and design teams to shape scalable systems that could keep pace with the company’s expansion.

With a fast growth trajectory came constant content needs. The challenge was to create assets that were not only visually engaging but also adaptable across different markets and audiences. The brand had to be recognizable and professional while flexible enough to support diverse campaigns.

The design support helped Remote scale its communications quickly without compromising on quality or brand integrity. Campaigns reached a wide global audience while maintaining a clear, unified brand voice. Internal teams could scale their output confidently, and my contributions helped establish Remote’s brand as both polished and approachable in a competitive market.

The team created design systems that connected strategy to execution by producing multi-format assets such as landing pages, pitch decks, digital kits, and social visuals. I developed adaptable frameworks that the marketing team could easily scale, while evolving the brand’s visual language in Figma to ensure consistency across all outputs. Throughout the process, I worked closely with stakeholders to align visual execution with business objectives, building systems that were both efficient for the team and compelling for audiences.
